Do you provide mail services?

We are not licensed to provide mail services. We have requested the RMOW allow this for our location. You can contact the Business License Team at RMOW to gently encourage them to allow us to offer these services at businesslicences@whistler.ca

Can I decorate my space & leave belongings on it?

Of course! If you have a weekly or monthly booking the desk is yours to make your own and leave anything you would like on. Just no holes in the walls, paint or other permanent alterations.

Remember we are still a shared space, so nothing that may offend other members or encroach on their space.

Access to the space is through a secure door which requires an access code for the security of our member's belongings, however we take no responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen belongings left on your desk.

Is there space for me to take meetings?

We have a private office available for rent by the full day or half day. This is typically used for teams, small meetings, interviews, or by anyone leading sales or training calls all day.

If you have rented a desk in the shared main area we ask that you use headphones and keep noise to a minimum when taking calls from your desk, to be considerate of other members. You are also welcome to take calls from the communal kitchen area, if available.

We do not have phone booth facilities at this time.

How good is the wifi?

We've never had any issues! We are a small coworking space which means at any one time there are not too many connected to the wifi.

One of our co-owners is a virtual trainer and has led calls with 300+ people on camera, screen-sharing and had a perfect connection every time. Even with a full office in peak season, the wifi speeds are not affected.
