Legal Agreement: Membership Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY - One Month or Less Booking

• 30+ days before start date - 95% refund
• 29 days or fewer before start date - no refund

CANCELLATION POLICY - On-Going / Locals Discounts

A 5% discount is available for full-time members from the Sea to Sky region

• 5 Month Agreement December - April
• Minimum 3 month agreement (May - November)

A 30 day notice period is to be communicated in writing to bookings@rentalswhistler.ca when you intend to cancel any on-going membership.
